From Passion to Teaching

Bilingual, I began learning French at the age of 5 in Ukraine, thanks to my father—a passionate lover of French cinema and music—who passed on his love for the language. I completed my schooling in French at a francophone secondary school, where I earned my French brevet in 2006.

I then pursued my studies at the Linguistic University, earning a Master’s degree in French as a Foreign Language (FLE), before moving to France in 2017, where I completed three additional Master’s degrees: Digital Communication, Fashion Management, and Business.

With several years of experience in cultural institutions, embassies, and language schools, I now work as an independent French teacher based in Paris, supporting learners from around the world on their French language journey.

My vision of teaching

Human approach to teaching

  • I build long-lasting relationships with my students.

  • Most of my new learners come through word of mouth.

  • My teaching is based on active listening, kindness, and trust — creating a supportive, human-centered environment where progress happens naturally and with confidence.

Multicultural approach

  • Bilingual and fluent in four languages.

  • I understand the challenges of both language learning and cultural integration.

  • My personal and professional experience enriches every lesson I teach.

Concrete results

  • Every learner is unique — a single method rarely fits all.

  • A clear goal and genuine motivation are key to success.

  • I design tailor-made programs to deliver real, concrete results.

My story

French-Ukrainian, I’m bilingual and began speaking French at a very young age with native teachers. I grew up watching French cartoons and films, reading Charles Perrault’s fairy tales, and listening to French songs. My path led me to study first at a French school and then at a French university, before working in the cultural department of the French Embassy and at the Institut français. My entire life has revolved around France and its beautiful language.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to meet many artists, writers, actors, designers, and filmmakers — all of whom deepened my love for this culture.

I’ve always loved to travel, and I even lived in the United States. At 27, after receiving a scholarship from the French government, I decided to follow my dream: to study fashion in the country of fashion. Those years allowed me to work in the fashion and innovation industries and to meet unforgettable people. My dream had come true.

However, over time, my values evolved. As fascinating as the fashion world is, I realized my true calling lay elsewhere. I discovered that my vocation was teaching — helping others adapt to and fall in love with France just as I did. After all these years, I have so many stories to tell and experiences to share.

Teaching is an essential part of my life. It’s not just about passing on knowledge, but about sharing practical skills to make my students’ lives easier — whether it’s passing an exam, learning to communicate with ease, working efficiently, or integrating into French society.

Despite having a dynamic career — in diplomacy, fashion, or business — I’ve always continued teaching, whether in group classes or private lessons. Today, with over 20 years of experience, I’ve helped many students on their journey to learning French. And this mission still inspires me every single day.
